I just wanted to express my huge thanks to MJE High Level Cleaning for their support with this, without hesitation Mike at MJE let us use their barriers and warning signs and his boys all chipped in and made the area safe for us leaving their equipment for us to use over the weekend. They had to cancel the window clean that day due to high winds, he checked and was just within the safe amount to go and check the panel for us from the roof before the wind rapidly increased. He was able demonstrate what the panel may have fallen off and if they need any immediate attention. He did advise that due to the winds they could only come back when safe to do so. With that in mind when I called late afternoon on Friday and asked if it was possible to come back due to the panels rattling, again without hesitation within the hour Mike and his gang where back as wind had slowed down. They stayed late (bearing in mind it was a Friday night) they made the panels as safe as possible even in the dark. Mike always kept me up to date with the process. I feel that himself and team went above and beyond at such short notice. Not only are Mike and his team amazing window cleaners and have such a good, professional relationship with staff and residents they are truly reliable, and I thank them for all there help and for keeping me calm in the circumstances, I appreciate all they have done 🙂 Nothing was any bother or an issue. It wasn't that they needed to do it, it was because they wanted to help that makes the difference. I would highly recommend them to all of the team
